You have the option to conveniently unsubscribe from our email updates at any time. We respect your privacy and we do not believe in sending "spam" or junk mail.
Regardless of whether you are subscribed to Treasure Clues, Discovering His Treasures may still contact you, including sending occasional reports or other offers by regular mail. If you do not wish to be contacted by Discovering His Treasures for any reason, please send an e-mail to that affect to our e-mail address below, and your wishes will be respected.

Shipping Policy
We will make every effor to ship your order within 5-10 business days, unless otherwise noted. The only exception is during the times we are traveling for seminars, in which case it may take a few extra days for your order to be shipped (we will notify you as soon as possible if we are not able to fill your order immediately). We will notify you by e-mail with the package tracking number when your order is shipped. Unless other arrangements are made, orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Media Mail. International shipping methods can be negotiated. Special requests can be processed through the shopping cart by specifying "Other/International" shipping option. We will contact you via e-mail to negotiate shipping options and prices, and no charges will be made to your credit card until you approve the shipping charges. Note that special shipping arrangements can take up to 20 business days to process
When you receive your order, please review the packing list and check that your order is correct and intact. If you receive an item that you did not order, or an item is missing or was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately, and we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return it, we are willing to exchange it for another item, or refund the order. However, there will be a 15% restocking fee, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying the return shipping. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
Chargeback / Returned Check Policy
We take fraud very seriously, and will make every effort to prevent fraud. Returned checks and credit card chargebacks are subject to an automatic $40 fee, which will be added to the unpaid balance of the order. We reserve the right to re-charge your order, re-process returned checks, or otherwise collect on an unpaid account, including but not limited to the use of a third-party collection agency.
